discovered that living downtown or in one of our amazing adjacent
neighborhoods is perfect for living the new American Dream.
Downtown Billings boasts a growing shopping district, arts,
entertainment and one of a kind dining adventures. Parking is
FREE overnight at 2 of our public parking structures. Downtown
has two dedicated resource officers assigned to our neighborhood by
the Billings Police Department and supported by our Clean, Safe and
Vibrant Business Improvement District. Check out our Business
Watch program as well as our events, late shopping with First
Friday, Artwalks, Loft Tour events - the experience just
continues to grow.
Walk to the Library and almost all of the great
museums of the Yellowstone Valley. Walk to Albertsons or
the Good Earth Market for groceries and coming soon a urban friendly
market will be opening in the Babcock Theatre Building. Recently,
the Downtown Billings Alliance worked with the City of Billings to
create Montana's First Railroad Quiet Zone. With 3 at-grade
crossings in Downtown, train horns were becoming a problem. NO
MORE. Now trains pass through downtown all the time and only
blow their warning horns in an emergency. Quiet is nice.
